  • You pay as agreed – either upfront, in stages, or on delivery
  • You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods we offer
  • If you don’t pay, we can stop our services

5. WHAT WE CAN’T CONTROL

We’re not responsible for things outside our control, like:

    • Delays due to customs or government officials
    • Weather or natural disasters
    • Supplier suddenly not being available
    • Changes in shipping costs or schedules
    • Political or economic issues

Please contact us within 7 days and we’ll try to fix it.

8. WE CAN STOP YOUR SERVICE IF:

  • You don’t pay your bills
  • You provide false information
  • You use our services for illegal purposes
  • You break any rule in these terms
  • A court tells us to stop

  • We may share your info with suppliers and logistics partners to help you
  • We may use your feedback to improve our services
  • We follow Indian data protection laws

  • We try our best, but can’t guarantee all services 100%
  • If you’re unhappy, we’ll try to resolve it fairly
